LAWRENCE, Kan. — The Nebraska track and field team closed the Kansas Relays with four event wins Saturday.
James White started the day for the Huskers with a win in the men's high jump, posting a leap of 6 feet, 11Ĺ inches. Chad Wright followed with a win in discus with a mark of 198-6.
Jodi-Rae Blackwood won the men's 400-meter hurdles in 51.50 seconds, then ran on the winning 4x100 relay team. Blackwood's 400 hurdle time ranks fifth in the Big Ten.
