LINCOLN — The No. 14 Nebraska women's tennis clinched its first Big Ten title Sunday, defeating Wisconsin 4-0.
The Huskers share the title with Michigan after finishing 21-4 and 10-1 in Big Ten play.
Nebraska dominated doubles play Sunday, as NU's Mary Weatherholt and Patricia Veresova won the No. 1 match and Janine Weinreich and Stefanie Weinstein took No. 2.
Nebraska next heads to the Big Ten championships at Indiana on Thursday as either the first or second seed.
