Looking through these maps is an interesting, quick way of staying abreast of events. The map plots wind, hail and tornadoes, but not rainfall, snow or flooding.

The detail is surprising, from damaged pole barns, to trees on cars, to injuries and deaths, all are recorded here to the extent that someone has informed the National Weather Service.
