Two Nebraskans pleaded no contest this week in unrelated child pornography cases.
Anthony J. Jasnoch, 30, of North Platte pleaded no contest in Buffalo County District Court to two counts of possession with the intent to distribute obscene material. Sentencing will be in July.
Jasnoch was arrested in March 2012 in Kearney, where he lived at the time. He was accused of having videos showing children engaged in sex acts.
Ryan J. Brumbaugh, 26, of Grand Island pleaded no contest in Hall County District Court to one charge of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct for an Oct. 15, 2012, incident. The charge involves the distribution of a video via the Internet of an approximately 7-year-old old girl engaged in sexual acts with an adult male.
Three other charges were dismissed.
Brumbaugh's sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 5.
