Federal prosecutors indicted 15 people, including one from Nebraska, on drug charges stemming from an investigation in Topeka, Kan.
U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Monday in a press release that prosecutors unsealed indictments that allege the defendants were part of a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in the Topeka area.
The defendants range in age from 29 to 56 and are from Grand Island and Topeka, Dodge City and Manhattan, Kan. Grissom said the charges include conspiracy to distribute meth and using a phone in furtherance of drug trafficking.
