Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 21-year-old Omaha man wanted in connection with the shooting death of Timothy J. Howell.
Investigators are searching for Camrin C. Burton. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree felony assault and two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony, said Officer Michael Pecha, a police spokesman.
Howell, 19, died July 5 at Creighton University Medical Center. He was taken there about 12:30 a.m. after officers found him with a gunshot wound outside a residence at 1452 Ames Ave.
Spencer Mason, 20, arrived later at Creighton with non-life threatening injuries he received in the same shooting.
