The Outstanding in the Field dinner is returning to Nebraska this summer. Outstanding in the Field is an international organization that plays host to dinners around the world with the goal of reconnecting diners to the land and origins of their food.
The Nebraska dinner will once again take place in Raymond, outside of Lincoln, at Branched Oak Farm. Branched Oak owners Doug and Krista Dittman will play host to the dinner and chef Paul Kulik of the Boiler Room Restaurant will prepare the meal using local, seasonal ingredients. Diners will get a tour of Branched Oak, and then dine with farmers, producers and culinary artisans at a long table.
The dinner takes place July 27 at 4 p.m. and seating is limited. Tickets are $180 per person and can be purchased online at outstandinginthefield.com.
