Flatwater Group, All Native Group and Ho-Chunk Construction Group, all subsidiaries of Ho-Chunk Inc. and based in Winnebago, Neb., recently moved their offices within the same Bellevue office park due to expected expansions. Ho-Chunk Inc. is the economic development corporation owned by the Winnebago Tribe.
Ho-Chunk Inc. contracts with the federal government to provide human resources and information technology services and various products, including computer equipment. Earlier this year, All Native Group was awarded a $17 million in federal contracts to provide information technology services to various federal entities. In June, All Native Inc., was awarded a five-year contract with a maximum value of $23 million with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center facilities.
The company currently has 55 employees in its Bellevue office, but spokeswoman Janice Jessen said it is expecting to add more in the future. The exact number of jobs is dependent on potential federal contracts.
“As we get awards, that will require us to staff up and to hire individuals for the length of those contracts,” she said.
The subsidiaries’ former offices were rented in the same office park, but grew out of it, Jessen said. Ho-Chunk purchased and renovated the building at 1404 Fort Crook Road late last year.
