Ratings: Nebraska prep football preseason

It was hard to budge some of last year’s state champions from the top of the preseason ratings, especially Norfolk Catholic in Class C-1 and David City Aquinas in C-2. Also there are Millard North in A and Giltner in Eight Man-2.

State runners-up start out at No. 1 in two classes — Norris in B and Exeter-Milligan in Eight Man-1. Silver Lake is the Six-Man pick.
