Get ready to innovate, Omaha-area high schoolers.
The University of Nebraska at Omaha’s College of Information Science and Technology is seeking applications for the 2013-2014 Innovation Cup. Schools must enter by Sept. 30.
In its second year, the Innovation Cup is a seven-month-long competition among Omaha area high schools. It engages teams of students to compete using creativity, innovation and technology and come up with an IT-based solution to a problem. This year’s theme is technological assistance for people with disabilities.
