Downtown Omaha’s First National Bank Tower will evacuate Wednesday morning as part of a disaster planning drill.
The high-rise office building at 16th and Dodge Streets will be emptied between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., officials said.
The disaster planning exercise will involve the Douglas County Emergency Management Agency, the Omaha Fire Department and the Omaha Police Department.
All 40 floors of the First National building will be evacuated. Evacuated workers will assemble at Pioneer Courage Park, 15th and Capitol Streets.
