An Omaha woman accused of pushing her boyfriend against a building with a car Saturday night was booked into jail for felony assault.
Officer Michael Pecha, a police spokesman, said the victim is Kushaun Pira, 34, of Omaha. He and the suspect, Ashley Griffis, 28, own a car dealership at 6101 L St.
Pecha said Pira and Griffis were at their car dealership about 8 p.m. when they started to argue. Griffis allegedly struck Pira in the face several times and left the building.
She then allegedly got into a vehicle and drove it toward Pira, pinning him against the building and pushing him through a glass window. Pira, who had multiple cuts, refused medical attention.
Griffis was arrested near 113th and Grant Streets and booked into the Douglas County Corrections Center.
