An account set up to aid Champaine Harn, who lost two sons in a tragic fire in northwest Omaha on Dec. 18, is being closed and the funds will be distributed to Harn.
Harn was released from the hospital Monday, a hospital spokeswoman said.
She had been hospitalized at Creighton University Medical Center since the fire at Maplewood Estates mobile home park near 129th Street and West Maple Road.
Brothers Gabriel Rodriguez, 3, and Brandon Rodriguez, 3 months, died in the fire. Their sister, Adrianna Rodriguez, 13 months, was hospitalized for several days and then released. She has been living with family members.
The Omaha Professional Fire Fighters Association, which set up the account at the Omaha Firefighters Credit Union, declined to release the amount donated.
