LINCOLN — NebraskaGov. Dave Heineman is scheduled to deliver his annual state of the state address at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the legislative chamber at the State Capitol.
Heineman has said tax relief will be his top focus in 2014 legislative session, which began this week.
Following his speech, Heineman and Lt. Gov. Lavon Heidemann will embark on a tour of the state to highlight the administration's priorities. Heineman will speak in Kearney, North Platte and Scottsbluff. Heidemann will speak in Norfolk.
