Nebraska rebounded from last weekend’s home dual loss to Iowa with an impressive 28-12 victory at No. 11 Ohio State on Friday night.
The Huskers won seven of the 10 matches, with the biggest win coming at 184 pounds by freshman TJ Dudley. Dudley, ranked 11th nationally, recorded a first-period pin over No. 8 Kenny Courts — Dudley also beat Courts by a 9-8 decision at the Cliff Keen Invitational in December.
Tim Lambert at 125 also won by pin, while James Green, unbeaten and No. 1 at 157, earned a 16-4 major decision.
Nebraska nearly got another big win at 197 as Caleb Kolb was tied with eighth-ranked Nick Heflin through three periods before Heflin earned a sudden victory.
Nebraska, which improves to 9-1 in duals this season, stays on the road and will compete at Purdue on Sunday.
