Start off your week in style.
The spring Omaha Fashion Week shows kick off Tuesday in the Omar Bakery Building, 4383 Nicholas St.
Fifteen designers will show collections — from children's wear to avant garde — in the new space. Prior spring shows were held at Kaneko, 1111 Jones St., and before that at the now-defunct Nomad Lounge.
The new venue is larger, which will allow a bit more elbow room for those who attend the growing event, entering its seventh year.
Doors open at 6 p.m.; the show starts at 8 p.m.
General admission is $30, and VIP tickets are $80, which includes special seating, a pre-party and gift bags. You can buy tickets online at omahafashionweek.com.
