Pinot's Palette, a new paint and sip studio for west Omaha, is scheduled to open March 21 at 2575 S. 171st Court.
Owners John and Stacy Dale said the studio will provide guests with art supplies. Patrons can purchase wine, beer or pop from the studio's bar and are welcome to bring their own snacks.
“Omaha is really embracing the arts right now and people are ready for a new way to engage,” Stacy Dale said.
Guests sign up online to attend a two- or three-hour painting class where they are instructed by a local, trained artist in how to re-create the featured painting, or guests can create their own paintings.
“They can interpret the painting any which way they want to,” Stacy Dale said.
Pinot's Palette plans to hold several open houses after the studio opens to introduce the business to the neighborhood. Houston-based Pinot Palette has more than 40 studios throughout the United States.
