In honor of Nebraska's first home football game of the season, we're focusing on details of the architecture and sculptures in the Capital City.
And since the game doesn't start until 6 p.m., Husker fans spending a big part of the day in Lincoln — as well as Lincoln residents — might have time to seek out some of the city's treasures.
The places captured in these photos are mostly found in the historic Haymarket District, University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus and downtown, and as you walk around trying to find them, you'll discover lots of other architectural treats to delight the eye.
The adventurous may want to hike over to the State Capitol, 1445 K St., which offers a Visual Voyage all its own.
Just wander around, enjoy the sights and see how many of these images you can identify.
