Council Bluffs. Proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Retired UPRR. Preceded by parents; 2 brothers; son-in-law, Robert Stephens and granddaughter, Peggy Stephens. Survived by wife of 68 years, Louise (Feekin) Parks; daughters, Judy Stephens and Dianne Fogarty all of Council Bluffs; 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. FUNERAL SERVICE 11 am Thursday, Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery with military rites tendered by American Legion Post #2. VISITATION 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
