Eunice Stock, 93, Ashland, NE, formerly Murdock, NE, a loving woman of many talents, passed away at Oxbow Assisted Living in Ashland on February 27, 2016. She was born May 19, 1922 in Big Springs, NE. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Reuben. They celebrated 71 years together. She was a retired teacher who believed every child needed to be loved. Eunice spread her life-long love of music through her 27 years of teaching, choir directing at church for 64 years, and singing with Reuben and many other small groups. After retiring from teaching, she devoted her time to the care of her mother and sister. She did extensive research and published genealogy books for both Reuben's and her families. She was active in United Methodist Women and served as a state officer. Eunice was a life long learner, learning to play the organ after retiring. Survivors include Jim and Lindy Stock of Murdock, Joseph and Jean Stock of Wallingford, PA, Jane and Jack McVay of Lincoln; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many loving family and friends. In addition to Reuben, she was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Alice, Ruth, and Marybelle.

SERVICES will be at 11 am on Tuesday, March 1 at the Murdock United Methodist Church. Memorials: Murdock United Methodist Church, Callahan Cemetery, or donor's choice.
