FOR THE RECORD: An article in Friday’s World-Herald about Douglas County’s plans for transitioning to its new juvenile detention center contained an error in a quote from County Board member Chris Rodgers. The quote should have read: “By us putting the notice out, people are going to have to start moving kids,” Rodgers said. “There’s kids that have been in there for 100-plus days. That has to move.”
