Lighthouse Pizza has introduced house-made fries and remodeled its dining room.
Owner Matt Egermayer said the kitchen is now using a five-step, overnight process to create its fries, and frying Kennebec potatoes in peanut oil for extra flavor.
The restaurant also worked with Secret Penguin to remodel the dining room and has a new logo and redesigned website.
