Now that Maha has arrived, the next questions are how does it remain exciting, and what exactly does a significant music festival mean to a city? “It’s hard to put a price tag on the value for being seen as cool,” said Bill Werde, a Billboard columnist. “But I can tell you it goes a long way.”
