At this point a year later can we stop calling these people “experts”. Speculators is more appropriate. These speculators are just flying by the seat of their pants on an over hyped virus that most people have already had at this point. Speculators like Bill Gates who has no medical education, but who the media keeps relying on for information now says a 3rd vaccine may be necessary. Congrats if you were one of the sheep that ran for the vaccine only to find out it did nothing and you have no clue the damage you just imposed on your body.

There is additional reference sources at the conclusion of these papers to make for additional info if any care to pursue. Bottom line is that the experts can't seem to make up their mind. Other than the majority of the studies (28 out of 31) conclude that masks show no significant statistical difference between wearing or not wearing masks for causing viral infections. But hey, this is all conspirotorial so just use your common sense and continue to wear a mask. Sheesh, can't wait for the two smart guys to enter the room.

Anything like the pseudo science papers that the Lancet and AMA retracted re: hydroxychloriquine. And apparently you didn't take time to check the resource references contained in the report. Many from PubMed, the same reference the CDC uses in their summary guideline papers. So it would seem that the same can be said of your cherished "objective' info source, "are you kidding me". The CDC and WHO have waffled so many times you could open a breakfast counter. That's your best shot?

Seems no one wishes to report the recent Danish findings of the 4800 person study on masking and non-masking. Doesn't that make you wonder why? Ah, probably not.

So they spent Billions on research while the vaccine was being created but never bothered to see if the virus is still containable after the vaccine. Just now doing research on this? Wow that’s refreshing. Those are your experts!

These people want to control our lives, they were given the opportunity and now will fight tooth and nail to not relinquish it. When they are seen as all knowing their government funding continues to rise, why would they want things to return to normal?
If you are in Nebraska you are free to do what you want. Why do you believe anyone is controlling your life?
As an Omaha healthcare professional, I would suggest a better message would be "Whatever you're doing right now, getting the vaccine will dramatically lower your risk while doing it. Get the vaccine!"
The ideal, risk-averse world these ID specialists are living in ignores the realities of what many people have already been doing for months. Some restaurants are full. Youth and high school sports have pretty good crowds. People are having four-family basement gatherings. Stop telling people the vaccine changes nothing because pretty soon we'll have more supply than demand.
I 100% agree. I have done my part, been saying at home for almost a year, my young kids are growing up with no memories of doing anything normal/fun. 100 years ago we had the Spanish Flu, once we beat that we stop wearing masks and life returned to normal. I think people who refuse to return to normal life once this is really over are no better than those who refused to wear masks and do their part and take this pandemic seriously.

I will take Covid more serious when the media and political officials seek retaliation or retribution from where this virus came from. A kid shoots up the school and all guns must be banned. A nation either intentionally or by accident destroys the entire world and yet we don’t even discuss it. Yet our admin just signed off on more funding for Wuhan Labs up until 2022. Where is the media outcry towards where and how this came about..?
Okay it comes as no surprise that the most consistent cheerleader for Covid hysteria would be the OWH and the evidence writ large is this little jewel of agenda journalism. I have jumped through the friggin hoops to get the Pfizer jab twice. In two weeks I'm done with the trained seal masks hands and distancing. Now I know the authoritarian enabled medical experts will give back bencher government bureaucrats a license to keep the boot on the neck of you plebs...and they will.
