LINCOLN (AP) — A Lincoln woman has been accused of using her car to hit a pedestrian during a dispute over a parking spot.

Police said Kimberly Ann Pankratius, 36, was waiting for a parking spot outside a Walmart store on Saturday night when she allegedly yelled at a couple for taking the space.

Pankratius is accused of driving her car toward the couple and hitting the woman in the arm with a side mirror. The woman later refused treatment.

Police said Pankratius drove away, but the couple took down her license plate information. She was arrested a short time later.

Pankratius faces charges of second-degree assault and using a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
