LINCOLN — Gov. Dave Heineman will give his annual State of the State address at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the State Capitol.

The speech will be broadcast across the state live on NET2, NET radio and on NET’s Nebraska Capitol Live site.

After Heineman finishes his speech, the governor and Lt. Gov. Rick Sheehy will depart for travel across Nebraska to talk to residents about Heineman’s goals for 2013.

Heineman will make stops in North Platte, Kearney, Grand Island and Norfolk on Tuesday.

Sheehy will tour the state Tuesday and Wednesday, making stops in Hastings, McCook, Sidney, Scottsbluff, Alliance, Chadron, South Sioux City, Falls City and Beatrice.
