DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge near Blair, Nebraska, will mark the Presidents Day holiday with free admission to all visitors.

Officials said visitors will not pay an admission fee Saturday, Sunday and Monday, which is Presidents Day. The visitor center will be closed Monday, but the refuge tour road and refuge grounds will be open.

DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge is south of U.S. Highway 30 between Missouri Valley, Iowa, and Blair.

Nearby Boyer Chute National Wildlife Refuge, which is managed by staff members at DeSoto, does not charge an admission fee. Boyer Chute is situated east of U.S. Highway 75 near Fort Calhoun, Nebraska.
