GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Police have identified a man who was found dead in a front yard on Grand Island’s northeast side.
Devlin R. Kenney, 37, likely had died within a few hours before he was found Tuesday morning.
Grand Island police have concluded that Kenney’s death was a homicide.
He had been assaulted “in some manner,” Grand Island Police Capt. Dean Elliott said.
Elliott said officers were called after a neighbor looked out the window shortly after 7 a.m. and spotted the man lying on the ground.
