A San Antonio arena has been converted into a temporary shelter for unaccompanied migrant children. Congressman Joaquin Castro and local officials toured the Freeman Coliseum Tuesday and spoke to reporters following their visit. Castro said the facilities are "Spartan" but is expected to hold about 2,400 people, primarily teenage boys who are seeking asylum in the United States. He said the boys are being treated humanely and "with respect and dignity."
