Police officers broke up an underage drinking party early Sunday while responding to a disturbance at a southwest Omaha residence.
Officer Michael Pecha, a police spokesman, said officers encountered "numerous minors" running from the scene when they arrived at 10810 T Circle about 12:15 a.m. Officers surrounded the house and eventually gained entrance.
Nine people were ticketed on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol. Four people who were renting the home, all over age 21, were cited on suspicion of procuring and contributing to the delinquency of minors.
