Hillary Clinton at caucuses party

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton takes the stage with her husband, former President Bill Clinton, and her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, during a caucuses night party at Drake University's Olmsted Center in Des Moines on Monday, Feb. 1, 2016.

Chelsea Clinton is coming to Omaha.

The daughter of Hillary Clinton, a Democratic presidential contender, is scheduled to campaign for her mother on Feb. 17. She will attend a campaign organizing event and talk about what is at stake in this election.

This is, at the very least, Chelsea Clinton’s second visit to Nebraska during a caucus season. She also campaigned in the state in 2008, when the Nebraska Democratic Party held its first-ever caucuses.

Barack Obama won the 2008 Nebraska caucuses over then-U.S. Sen. Clinton, who is making her second bid for president.

This year Nebraska Democrats plan to hold caucuses on March 5.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are vying for the Democratic presidential nomination this year. Clinton squeaked by Sanders in the recent Iowa caucuses, which Sanders has said was a virtual tie.
