Blake, Jackie A. "Jack" Sep 10, 1933 - Feb 12, 2016 Age 82, of Corydon, IA, formerly of Council Bluffs, passed away in Des Moines, IA. Jack was born in Eagleville, IA, to the late Virgil and Opal (Allen) Blake. He was a car painter for Cramer Brothers, Inc. for 35 years. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Louise Leazenby. Jack is survived by his children, Jeff (Diane) Blake, Corydon, IA, Tim (Theresa) Blake, Dallas, TX, Cindy (John) Pogue, Allerton, IA, DeeAnn (John) Pickell, Madrid, IA, Mike (Faye) Blake, Des Moines, IA, Diana (Tony) Dominguez, Tucson, AZ; 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother, Jerry (Treva) Blake, Eagleville, MO; former wife of 43 years, Diane Blake, Council Bluffs, IA; nieces and nephews. FUNERAL SERVICE, Tuesday, 2pm, Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. VISITATION with family 1 hour prior to Service at the Funeral Home.
