Survived by daughter, Patty (Doug) Appel and son, Dennis Nelson, all of Fort Calhoun; daughter, Pam (Lenny) Swanger of Omaha; brothers, Larry (Sue) Nelson of Bolivar, MO and Loren (Mary) Nelson of Florida; sister, Dorothy Wagner of Fullerton, CA; grandchildren, Michelle (Ritchie) Nelson, Jeff (Ginger) Appel and Lisa (Craig) Weber; great-grandchildren, Nolyn, Kloey and Wyatt Appel. VISITATION 5:30-7:30pm Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICE 10am Friday, February 12, 2016 at Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church.
