You could not ask for a better brother-in-law then Roger, he was the sweetest, kindest, nicest person that you could ever meet. He was a great husband to my sister, he was a great uncle to my children, and a great great uncle to my children’s children. He was like a brother to me, was my friend. Roger would do anything for anyone. He love to eat, laugh and talk. His laugh will never be forgotten. He will be in my heart for the rest of my life, and I know that he will greet me with a wise crack when I see him again.
You will be truly missed until I see you again.

Love your brother-in-law Loren (Rod) Vallier
