Founders One • Nine is a newly restored, urban event space in downtown Omaha

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and built in downtown Omaha in 1920, Founders One • Nine is the perfect spot for any wedding, corporate or social event with a space featuring exposed brick, reclaimed wood and a slate fireplace. The newly restored, urban event space can accommodate up to 400 guests inside and 150 in our outdoor green space.

The Founders One • Nine name is derived from its corner location at 19th and Jackson Streets, also named in honor of an Omaha founder James A. Jackson.

Founders One • Nine provides an event coordinator to adequately prepare plans for your event

An experienced event coordinator will assist you in the planning setup, layout and final plans to create an experience that fits your overall vision. The event coordinator will provide a list of preferred vendors, familiar with the facility, but you are welcome to use vendors that are not on our list.

Customize a fine-dining menu for your special day with food from award-winning caterer Catering Creations

Our award-winning culinary team from Catering Creations crafts each original recipe using high quality, fresh ingredents. Menus change regularly to ensure guests enjoy the freshest produce.

You will meet with a coordinator from Catering Creations to discuss your custom menu and customize your event. Catering Creations will also provide a menu and refreshments for day of meals to serve while you get ready, too. Catering Creations, featuring award-winning cuisine from executive chef Jeff Snow, was voted Number One in the Caterer Category for five years running as Best of Omaha.
