Northcrest Living Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility which offers Rehabilitative Care with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy. We have a state of the art Rehab Gym. We also offer Long Term Care and Respite Care. Northcrest is the smallest facility in the Council Bluffs Metro area and that allows us to be much more focused on individualized care plans and allows our staff to treat residents like real family memebers. Northcrest offers Activities that are focused on quality of life and also an individualized meal service program. We offer selective menu choices and the ability to let our residents enjoy what they want not what they have to have.
