Hello, I'm Linda Tam. I have recently moved here from Minnesota where my family has been in the restaurant industry since 1918.

 I operate 3 other award winning restaurants in Minnesota.

During my career as a Cooking Instructor, I created and perfected the recipes used at Asia Buffet.

These recipes represent and "fuse" flavors from China, Japan, Malaysia, Thiland, and Vietnam.

Health and authenticity are top priorities at Asia Gourmet. Our food is prepared with the use of healthier

cooking methods, including no added MSG and O Trans Fat cooking oil.

We use the freshest ingredients, and distinctive Asian seasonings and spices for an authentic flair.
