Omaha remains in third place in the USHL’s Western Conference with 47 points, three behind Tri-City and six behind Lincoln. Both those teams have played more games than the Lancers. … Captain Nick Rivera has a nine-game scoring streak. The Pacific Palisades, California, native has nine goals and three assists in that stretch. … The Lancers have a player in the top 20 in the league scoring as center Josh French has 34 points (11 goals, 23 assists). That puts him alone in 18th place. … Omaha is one of two teams, along with Green Bay, that has two goalies in the top 11 in goals allowed per game — Zackarias Skog (2.56) and Kris Oldham (2.59).

Fargo scouting report: The Force (19-19-2) are tied with Waterloo for fifth place in the Western Conference, one point behind fourth-place Sioux Falls. … Goalie Ryan Wischow is tied for fifth in goals allowed per game at 2.30 in 34 appearances. … Forward Denis Smirnov is ninth in the league in scoring with 39 points (16 goals, 23 assists). … Fargo is third in the league in penalty minutes per game with 16.85.
