A 15-car garage with a washing station, a golf simulator, refined bar areas, personal gyms and pool rooms, loads of natural light and a two-story fireplace are just a few of the amenities that will be on display from noon to 6 p.m. on Sept. 12 to 14 and Sept. 19 to 21 at the annual Metro Omaha Builders Association Multi-Site Street of Dreams Luxury Home Tour.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour six custom homes in five neighborhoods throughout the metro area. Priced up to $2.2 million, the homes showcase high-end, detailed design work by six area builders: G. Lee Homes & Silverthorn Custom Homes, Art of a Craftsman, KRT Construction, Thomas David Fine Homes and iCON HOMES. The event is presented by FNBO.
“We’re excited to open the doors for guests,” said Jaylene Eilenstine, MOBA executive director. “The event is not only a celebration of exceptional homes; it’s also a platform for local builders, remodelers, designers and suppliers to showcase their talents and contributions to the Omaha building industry.”
Tickets are available at moba.com and at four select Hy-Vee locations (Linden Market, 156th and Maple, 180th and Pacific, and 180th and Q). General admission tickets are $22 (children under 9 are admitted free) and provide six one-time admissions. Guests may use their six admissions to visit all the homes once or make multiple visits to their favorites.
Visitors can download the MOBA Street of Dreams app for additional home details, photos, turn-by-turn directions, People’s Choice Award voting and more.
