It’s not just a tour; it’s a design experience. From floor plans and kitchen layouts to outdoor living spaces and landscaping options, the 48 homes in the 2025 Fall Parade of Homes reflect the dynamic and thoughtful collaboration that occurs between local builders, remodelers, designers and trade partners.
Organized by the Metro Omaha Builders Association and Build Omaha, the tour celebrates craftsmanship, innovation and community.
“A long-standing Omaha tradition, the Fall Parade of Homes connects builders and buyers, serving as a reminder that homebuilding lies at the heart of Omaha’s growth,” said Jaylene Eilenstine, MOBA executive director. “Whether you’re house-hunting, remodeling or just loving design, this event is the perfect weekend activity to see what’s new and what’s next in homebuilding.”
This year’s tour features 48 homes in 32 neighborhoods throughout the Omaha Metro area. The homes, priced anywhere from $275,000 to $1.5 million, will be open from noon to 4 p.m., Oct. 18, 19, 25 and 26. Admission is free.
Individuals interested in touring homes can download the free Omaha Parade of Homes mobile app for turn-by-turn driving directions. Complimentary guidebooks with details on each builder is also available at each showcased home.

The Fall Parade gives the public a rare, behind-the-scenes look at what’s possible when local builders, remodelers, designers and craftsmen work together to create beautiful, functional homes, whether that be for first-time buyers, luxury homebuyers, empty nesters or anyone wanting to downsize.
Dan Howarth, owner of H3 Custom Homes, said the tour offers the public an opportunity to connect with builders and craftsmen and learn more about industry trends.
He added that today’s homebuyers want all the storage space they can get while still maintaining an open concept layout.

Both Eilenstine and Howarth encourage everyone to experience the Fall Parade.
“It’s an opportunity to see designs up close — the textures, layouts and details you just can’t fully experience in a magazine or design plan,” Eilenstine said.
