Niehus is a member of the firm's construction law, commercial litigation, and personal injury and products liability practice groups. He handles all aspects of litigation, including initial pleadings, depositions, discovery disputes, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
Niehus represents construction companies to resolve a range of disputes, providing practical legal guidance and strategic representation when conflicts arise during or after a project.
As a part of his unique practice, Niehus also provides representation on matters involving railroad litigation, Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) claims, and employment law. Niehus represents individuals who have been injured or wrongly discriminated against by railroads, advocating for clients in matters arising under FELA and other employment-related claims in the rail industry.
Niehus received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
