Boys Town has appointed Dr. Jason Bruce as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective April 1, 2026. In this critical role, Dr. Bruce will oversee all service line operations nationwide including Boys Town National Research Hospital, Youth Services, and Educational Services. He will report directly to Boys Town's CEO and work closely with the National Board of Trustees and executive teams to strengthen operational effectiveness to enhance and align Boys Town services to meet the needs of those served.

Dr. Jason Bruce currently serves as the Executive Vice-President of Healthcare and Director of Boys Town National Research Hospital. He previously served as the Boys Town Chief Medical Officer. Bruce holds an MD from Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. Deepak Madhavan will serve as Interim Executive Vice President of Healthcare while a national search is conducted. Given his strong leadership and deep understanding of the organization, Boys Town is confident in his ability to lead during this transition.
