Stephanie has more than a decade of experience providing assurance, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, and privately held businesses. She specializes in financial statement audits, technical accounting matters, and consulting services, helping clients navigate complex challenges while maintaining a focus on practical, results-driven solutions. Since joining Hancock & Dana, Stephanie has demonstrated a strong commitment to client service, technical excellence, and professional leadership. Her ability to build trusted relationships and deliver high-quality service has made her a valued advisor to clients and an integral member of the firm's leadership team. A Certified Public Accountant, Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Jaime Rorie, CPA has been promoted to Director of Client Advisory Services. Jaime has more than 15 years of experience serving small business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and family office clients. She specializes in financial reporting and oversight, tax planning and compliance, and customized advisory services designed to help clients meet their financial and business objectives. Her work focuses on delivering high-touch client service and tailored solutions for complex accounting, tax, and financial matters. As Director of Client Advisory Services, Jaime will continue working closely with clients while helping lead the expansion of the firm's Client Advisory Services practice and customized service offerings. Tilden Bardsley has been promoted to Manager at Hancock/Dana. Tilden joined the firm in 2023 and provides tax compliance, consulting, and planning services to individual and business clients. He is actively involved in the firm's technology and artificial intelligence initiatives, helping evaluate and implement innovative solutions to enhance client service and operational efficiency. Tilden also contributes to the coaching and development of emerging professionals through mentorship and training. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Conner Hardy has been promoted to Manager at Hancock/Dana. Conner joined the firm in 2019 and has steadily advanced through the ranks, demonstrating exceptional technical skill and a commitment to client service. He has developed deep expertise in flow-through taxation, with a particular focus on partnership and S-Corp compliance and has become a go-to resource for complex pass-through entity returns. Beyond his technical work, Conner plays a vital role in the professional development of our team. He regularly trains and mentors interns and staff accountants, fostering a collaborative environment and helping to build the next generation of talent at our firm. Conner is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Amy Reynolds has been promoted to Manager at Hancock/Dana. Since joining the firm in 2021, Amy has distinguished herself through her dedication to client service, technical expertise, and commitment to developing others. As a manager, she will continue helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals while contributing to the firm's leadership, staff development, and continued growth. Amy holds CPA licenses in Illinois and Nebraska and is a graduate of Northwestern University. Keanu Landolt has been promoted to Senior Associate at Hancock/Dana. Since joining the firm in 2023, Keanu has focused on individual and business tax compliance, as well as a variety of tax consulting engagements. Keanu earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha, with concentrations in Accounting, Business Finance, and Investment Science and Portfolio Management. He also holds a Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Financial Reporting and Auditing.
