Daniel P. Hackbarth Brady focuses his practice on civil litigation. Prior to joining LDM, he served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Samuel Langholz of the Iowa Court of Appeals. He also gained legal experience through internships with AFLAC and Leff Law Firm, as well as an externship with the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Iowa. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as a Student Writer and later as Administrative Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. He is also the author of Circuit Split: The Pleading Standard for ERISA � 406 Violations, published in the Journal of Corporation Law in 2025. A Runnells, Iowa native, Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies from Iowa State University in 2022. He is admitted to practice in Iowa.
