Effective July 1, 2026, current Vice President Eddie Tritsch will step into the role of President, succeeding his father, Mark Tritsch. Mark Tritsch will be stepping down from the day-to-day operations after years of dedicated leadership, handing the reins to the next generation to guide the company's future growth, but will remain in an advisory capacity. Eddie Tritsch brings substantial experience and an exceptional track record to his new role. Having worked for the family business since he was a teen, Eddie has a deep, foundational understanding of every facet of the company's operations. In addition to his hands-on experience, Eddie is a highly respected figure in the Nebraska electrical industry. He achieved early recognition as one of the youngest individuals in Nebraska to pass the Master Electrician exam. His expertise and commitment to regional industry standards were further recognized by his recent appointment to the City of Omaha Electrical Board. A passionate advocate for industry education, Eddie has shared his knowledge as an instructor at both Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Technical School and Metropolitan Community College. He also owns and operates Tritsch Electrical Education, a continuing education company dedicated to training fellow electrical professionals. Under Eddie's leadership, Tritsch Electric plans to continue its standard of excellence in regional service while leveraging modern techniques and training to meet growing industry demands.
