WoodmenLife Appoints Rachel Walker Director of Customer Experience
WoodmenLife is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Walker as Director, Customer Experience. In this newly established role, Walker will lead efforts across the organization to strengthen how WoodmenLife listens to its customers, evaluates customer journeys, and aligns improvements to business priorities.
Walker has more than two decades of experience in customer experience leadership, contact center operations, and vendor management. Prior to joining WoodmenLife, she served in leadership roles at Cox Communications leading efforts around customer experience in call center operations.

Walker earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She has volunteered her time with her sons' Cub Scout troop in Gretna, Nebraska. Additionally, she served for four years as an active council member for Cox Charities, supporting nonprofit organizations within her community.
