Nick brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm, including experience with companies in the technology, healthcare, startup, and nonprofit industries. His work includes commercial real estate finance and securitization transactions; pre-litigation resolution; multi-jurisdictional insurance matters; as well as work in private practice, state government, insurance, emergency services, and outside counsel roles.
