The Chancellor’s Leadership Academy at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) is proud to announce that its third cohort of emerging campus leaders has successfully completed the 18-month professional development program. The cohort was recognized during a graduation ceremony held on May 27.
Designed to prepare leaders from across the university for expanded roles in a dynamic higher education environment, the academy engages participants in monthly sessions featuring expert speakers, facilitated discussions, practical case studies, and opportunities to deepen understanding of complex institutional topics. Through this immersive experience, participants strengthen their leadership capacity, foster cross-unit collaboration, and broaden their strategic impact at UNO.
