She has a remarkable track record of launching recruiting teams, developing future leaders, and designing scalable talent strategies that help organizations grow through effective leadership and technical expertise.
In her new role, Patty leads a team that partners with our Directors to place professionals focused on strengthening financial reporting, systems integration, internal controls, and operational finance functions. Her ability to assess both technical capability and strategic mindset makes her uniquely equipped to support the scaling companies, acquisitions, and complex financial infrastructures our clients navigate every day.
