Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP (LDM) is pleased to welcome attorneys Tyler K. Lyon and Zack A. Martin to the firm.

Tyler K. Lyon joins LDM's West Des Moines office and focuses his practice on litigation. He joins the firm after representing plaintiffs at a Chicago personal injury firm, where he gained experience advocating on behalf of individuals. Tyler earned his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he concentrated in Litigation Studies. During law school, he served as Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and was selected as a Schmid Research Fellow. He also gained hands-on experience as a student attorney with the Nebraska Innocence Clinic and the Nebraska Law First Amendment Clinic, as well as through a legal externship with the University of Nebraska Athletic Department's Compliance Division.

A Chicagoland native, Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University.

Zack A. Martin joins LDM's Omaha office as a member of the firm's litigation department. His practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, and he has tried cases before juries in both Iowa and Nebraska. Motion practice and briefing in trial and appellate courts are also significant parts of his practice. Originally from Glenwood, Iowa, Zack is returning to the Omaha area he calls home. He earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Northern Iowa. Zack was also recognized with the Iowa Defense Counsel Association's Rising Star Award in 2023.
